Battle in the 'Burgh

One step away from back to back Eastern Conference Championships.

What a sentence. Just a few months ago, we were podcasting about The Tide’s chances of even making the playoffs, never mind advancing past the first round. But when their backs were against the wall, this team showed up and not only made the playoffs, but plowed through it.

It’s a testament to the mindset of this group. They weren’t playing their best all year, but that didn’t stop them from finding their form when it mattered most. Now, riding one of the best defenses in the league, they’re potentially less than 10 hours away from a second straight trip to the USL Championship Finals.
