Must Win Game

What a tough week in RIFC-land. While the performances have slightly improved, it’s still two losses since the 1-0 win against Charleston, including dropping out of the Jaegermeister Cup in the Semifinals.

PKs are always a heart-wrenching way to lose, but it’s an especially disappointing way to drop out of the tournament that looks like your only shot at silverware this season.

With that being said, if RIFC want to get into this year’s USL playoffs, tonight’s match is as much a must-win game as any. Playing the team in eighth place, RIFC need the points and to try and get the tie-breaker vs. Indy.
