RIFC advance to the Jäeger Cup Semis ahead of a trip to H*rtford

IT’S DERBY WEEKEND IN NEW ENGLAND, FOLKS
After a brief break from the footy, it’s been quite the week in RIFC/Tide Talk Land. Live shows, cup quarterfinals, the semifinal draw, prematch content, post-match content. And on top of it all? A trip to H*rtford tonight.
Reminder, if you’re going to the match tomorrow, wear white!

On to the Semifinals
We’ll start with the incredibly fun time that was Wednesday night against Birmingham Legion in the USL Jäegermeister Cup Quarterfinals.

I’ve left Timmy alone the past few weeks but giving a certain defender a 6/10 after this match is borderline criminal. I’ll keep it at that since he’s being kind and giving me a ride tomorrow.
Semifinal Draw
Matt Hands gave us his live reaction to the Semifinal draw where we learned that RIFC will host Sacramento Republic FC on September 10th.
Heads up, if you’ve renewed your season tickets early, the club announced that you will be getting tickets to the remaining potential home matches of the cup. That’s A+ work from the team.
